Hi, I'm Adrienne

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with experience helping people navigate substance addiction and recovery as well as stressful life circumstances and transitions. I help individuals find a way for recovery to work for them.

I have experience working in both residential and intensive outpatient settings for dual diagnosis (substance use + mental health). I understand the intensity of residential treatment and the consistent hard work required in an intensive outpatient setting. Through outpatient therapy, I support individuals in navigating their lives as a person in recovery. I respect all paths to recovery; so whether you’re sober, in recovery, sober curious, lovin’ the 12 steps or not, we can work on a plan that gets you to your goals.

I’ve been a registered yoga teacher since 2014 and have additional training in trauma sensitive yoga. Yoga has been a big part of my own wellness and I’m honored to bring that into therapy sessions through breath and body awareness.

I find fulfillment and gratitude through witnessing my clients’ journey to wellness, authenticity, and self-compassion. In session, I value honesty, curiosity, and humor and aim to create a nonjudgmental space where healing and exploration can take place.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Edwards University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. I have additional training in EMDR, Radically Open DBT, and TCTSY (Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga).

When I’m not seeing clients, I like getting outside to explore the greenbelt in Austin, baking something from my favorite cookbooks, and watching Netflix with my cats.
